For over 5 years, the Comox Valley has enjoyed Raw & Living Foods Vegan Potlucks on the fourth Sunday of each month. Potlucks were started to provide support and information for people who wanted to add more raw foods to their diet. This year, ZenZero, in downtown Courtenay, has been hosting weekly potlucks, which have become very popular. With weekly potlucks at ZenZero providing continuing support, the potluck organizers have decided to discontinue monthly potlucks, effective immediately.

The founders of the monthly potlucks are gratefully acknowledged for
their time and efforts in making the potlucks a reality--Deb Gleason,
Pat Newson, Stephen Cochrane and Susan Holvenstot. Thanks also to the
hundreds of volunteers and participants who made potlucks a supportive,
learning experience. Special appreciation goes to Eatmore Sprouts,
Edible Island, Regenesis and ZenZero, for providing door prizes.

Everyone is welcome to attend weekly potlucks at ZenZero. Currently
they are held on Wednesday evenings, and will move to Tuesdays on June 2nd. Doors open at 6pm, to eat at 6:15pm. Bring raw vegan food to share. Plates and cutlery are kindly provided by ZenZero. FMI contact
