Great that you are interested in working in the raw food world. You didn't say which city you live in, but there are a number of raw food cafes in BC. If there's one in your area, I'd suggest you approach them about working for them.
I've been teaching raw food classes for a number of years and hold hands-on raw retreats. Last month I returned from Living Light Institute in California where I was certified as a raw chef and instructor. June 12-26 I will be holding RawRose Culinary Arts Program here on Vancouver Island at lovely Ocean Resort (
www.oceanresort.ca). It will be a 2 week program consisting of 3 days Basics, 5 days Advanced, a day off, then 5 days Raw Chef Certification. Each part builds on skills learned in the previous one. People can take one, 2 or all three at a time. I'm working on the program now and expect to have prices and more info available in the next week. It will be posted on the events page of
