VIVA-Raw Vegan Raw Potluck with Dr. Halanna Matthew - Sunday, Sept 21, Esquimalt Recreation Centre

Hope to see you at the next VIVA-Raw Vegan Raw-Luck on Sunday, September 21 at the Esquimalt Recreation Centre, 527 Fraser St (Craigflower Room). Doors will be open at 5:30 p.m. with potluck sharing at 6:00 p.m. Please bring: a raw vegan dish to serve 6-8 and ingredient list, as well as your own serving utensil(s), dishes and cutlery. Cost: $3.00 per adult. Bring your family and friends. Children welcome but must be supervised. (Please note: VIVA-Raw potlucks are on the 3rd Sunday of each month with the exception of December which will be the 2nd Sunday).

At our next Raw Luck, our guest speaker will be Dr. Halanna Matthew, Nutritionist, Lecturer, Teacher, & Consultant. She will answer your questions on “How to be perfectly healthy on raw for the rest of your life”

Bio Information: Dr. Halanna Matthew has over 25 years experience educating adults, children and the sick across the nation, in all aspects of healthful living, as well as, raising a healthy family on raw foods from birth to their teens.
