Julia Ganswind is the sister, manager and assistant of the traditional trained raw gourmet vegan chef Patricia Ganswind. Rated as one of the top 50 raw chefs in the world

Catherine Postawska is a certified raw and living food chef, and an ambassador of green smoothy retreats (through Victoria Boutenko). She is a mother of two and new grandmother of one, with 24 years of cooking for her family under her belt, the last two fully raw. Through raw food she has healed herself of asthma, numerous allergies, bronchitis & a host of other health challenges, and as a result infuses her food preparation & teaching with passion and love.
