| Hi my name is Dana Lynn. I am just coming off of a 10 day cleanse, no food, just the lemonade drink, called the Master Cleanse. I have never had results like this. 3rd time on the cleanse and I am moving parasites that I cannot believe are of this world. I have been living healthy for over 5 years now, have done cleansing and have an awesome diet. I eat alot of raw but will be eating more as I come off of this cleanse. Check out the Master Cleanse... www.vitagem.com This fellow works with the Master Cleanse and does Vitaflex, colon lifts, colour therapy and works with therapeutic grade essential oils as well. This is an amazing way to go to the next level of our ascension... Love & Light...

hi everyone,
My name is Genny. I a vegan, who dabbles into raw vegan food. I love making raw pies, desserts and zegetti. I have wheat and sulfates allergies so I do a lot better eating raw then I do eating cooked food. I recently got back from San Fran so I was able to check out a lot of the raw vegan restaurants in that area.

Thanks Genny for your introducing yourself.
Welcome back from San Francisco, however long you were there.
lf you would be interested in sharing about your experiences in the Bay area with the different raw vegan restaurants that you visited, it would be interesting. How many are there, are they well patronized, and were they good? Here in Vancouver, there is the wonderful Gorilla Foods, and l think that is about it. Looking forward, if you have anything to share, re: raw food scene in Bay area.
Genny, there is a section, Raw Journeys - Community Sharing where any response could be posted. thanks.

| I just joined up a couple of days ago. I'm fairly new to the raw world and learning more each day! I live in a part of the country where raw is more of a challenge than say the west coast. I'm hoping by joining in on sites like this one, I can meet people with similar challenges and ideas!

Hi,
My name is Teresa, I live in Modesto, California and have been 100%raw for three weeks. I've done a bit of sprouting and a little dehydrating, have purchased several raw food cookbooks, Carol Alt, Ani Phyo, and Julianno's Raw. I try to eat two egg yolks in a smmothie every day for the protein and am eating a lot of almonds (too many, I think). Seems like I am eating a lot more fruit than veggies and would like to change that so am looking to buy a benriner. I love the recipe sharing on this site.

Hi there. My name is Matt and I've been transitioning to a raw food diet for roughly a year now. I'm new to BC and I'm looking forward to learning some new things here and hopefully participating in some of the upcoming events.
My goal is to eventually live a wild life.

Hi my name is Liz and I've just today decided to embark on a raw food lifestyle after having considered it for a year having read the Boutenko's book in spring 2007. I have been vegetarian for several years, omitted dairy in February - but after a fast this spring - and feeling so alive and well after that - I'm now ready to go raw. Finished my first day today, and it feels right.
Am immensely awed by those who have posted on here who have lived raw for weeks, months and years. Love your stories of weight lost, clarity gained and dis-eases overcome.
I hope to come on here frequently at least at first for the support.

hi everyone
my name is marni a transitioning raw foodist looking for training - figuring all this out on my own is difficult in a busy lifestyle. the greatest challenges i'm finding are meal planning and weight gain. i seem to need alot of nuts seeds and avocadoes to feel full but then i instantly start gaining weight. a month ago i switched to nut milk over soy and just that one change caused a weight gain of what looks like 5 lbs already. i'm relatively thin so the 5 lbs is very noticeable and doesn't feel good. i would like to find a coach/mentor that can help me to creat meal plans in combination with weight and fitness goals.
