Hope to see you at the next VIVA-Raw Vegan Raw Potluck on Sunday, November 16th at the Esquimalt Recreation Centre, 527 Fraser St (Senior's Centre). Doors will be open at 5:30 p.m. with potluck sharing at 6:00 p.m.

Please bring: a raw vegan dish to serve 6-8 and ingredient list, as well as your own serving utensil(s), dishes and cutlery. Cost: $3.00 per adult. Bring your family and friends. Children welcome but must be supervised. (Please note: VIVA-Raw potlucks are on the 3rd Sunday of each month with the exception of December which will be the 2nd Sunday).

Susanne, an artist, gardener, social worker and teacher, discovered the raw food lifestyle just over a year ago when she was desperately searching for solutions to some serious health problems. Since then most of these problems have disappeared and she now likes to share her newfound vitality, knowledge and enthusiasm with others who also want to be healthy by eating more consciously and alive.
