Bio Information for Stephen Cochrane

Stephen Cochrane comes with a wealth of information being a Rawist with over 20 years experience. He plans to talk on a variety of different topics such as growing your own food, tips and tricks to keep raw and the psychology of raw. Come also with your own questions for Stephen. The title of his talk will be "Securing And Enhancing Your Living Food Journey For Life - The What, Where, When, Why And How From A 20 Year Perspective.


Stephen has been a living foods enthusiast since December of 1988 was a founding director of Raw BC . He lives in the Comox Valley where he is working on a food security project which will help ensure an available, independent food supply into the future www.foodforlifeproject.com
