Over the years I have found that it is best to introduce the body gently so that it reduces the risk of a healing crises due to detoxification. When you are transitioning you want to imprint your body with loving energies that it will associate with the food and if you go too quickly then your body will imprint with trauma instead of the life giving love (no one likes to feel sick). So start out slow and easy simply adding raw foods into diet instead of 'taking away' and causing a sense of mental deprivation (also a trauma). The body loves raw food but if many years have been spent eating heaving hard to digest foods then it is naturally going to go through some adjustments so be gentle and 'add to instead of taking away' - you will find that foods that your body no longer wants will naturally and easily drop away from your past programmed preference menu.
Hope this is helpful
All the best Robin
