Join us for a delicious raw vegan potluck on Sunday, November 15th, in Crow’s Nest, Archie Browning Sports Centre, 1151 Esquimalt Road (by the Esquimalt Plaza); Doors will be open at 5:30 p.m. with potluck sharing at 6:00 p.m. Building Community at 7:10 p.m.

Please bring: a raw vegan dish to serve 6 or more people and an ingredient list, as well as your own serving utensil(s), dishes and cutlery. Cost: $5.00 per adult with a sliding scale down to $3.00 per adult.

At our next VIVA-Raw Potluck, we will focus on connecting with each other. We will be given the opportunity to tell our raw food story, offer our tips and share with each other what we have learned. We will be encouraged to get to know one another in an effort to build community with other health conscious people. Come prepared to share, learn, connect and to have fun.
