Join us for a delicious raw vegan potluck plus a raw food demo by Elyse Nuff on Sunday, July 19th, in the Lounge, Archie Browning Sports Centre, 1151 Esquimalt Road (by the Esquimalt Plaza); Doors will be open at 5:30 p.m. with potluck sharing at 6:00 p.m. Raw Food Demo at 7:10 p.m. Please bring: a raw vegan dish to serve 6 or more people and an ingredient list, as well as your own serving utensil(s), dishes and cutlery. Cost: $5.00 per adult with a sliding scale down to $3.00 per adult. Raw food products available for sale - Cash purchase only Bring your family and friends. Children are welcome with parental supervision. (Please note: VIVA-Raw potlucks are usually on the 3rd Sunday of each month). At our next Raw Potluck, Elyse Nuff, Certified Raw Chef, Coach, Teacher & Wholistic Healer will demo her popular and yummy "Spaghetti Pie" which will be raffled at the potluck. You will also be able to taste this delicious pie at the potluck dinner. Bio for Elyse Nuff: Elyse Nuff is an experienced raw food chef who creates tasty, colourful, nutritious, easy to prepare living raw food. She has provided live raw workshops / lectures + live food chef training, catered raw food for lunches / dinners & special occasions plus hosted 5 course live food dinners and live raw food boot camp retreats.
